Fees starting at $750.00 plus filing fees and required counseling costs limited to: a single chapter 7 filer with a minimal number of creditors with no assets, no ongoing law suits or tax problems, no reaffirmations or repossessions, and no need to contact or notify creditors or any third parties for any reason or by any other means other than by listing them in the schedules. Bankruptcy can provide help with auto repossessions, mortgage foreclosures, payday loans, court judgments, creditor calls, medical and hospital bills some tax problems and other financial problems. The waiting period between filing chapter 7 bankruptcy cases is 8 years. Chapter 13 filing rules vary.
